Hi Lorraine
Sorry things are so tough for you right now and having to hang about waiting for something to happen is abysmal :(
I think the injections referred to are specific joint injections. What you really need is either a general steroid injection, a depo-medrone which goes into the backside and works its way into the bloodstream to benefit the whole body or a course of oral steroids. Many people feel real benefit from a dose of injected steroid and it would be worth asking your GP for this.
Fatigue is a difficult one and the whole thing can soon become a vicious circle. You need to rest to let your body recover and try to pace yourself. It doesn't sound like you should be out looking for a job right now! Might I suggest you give the NRAS helpline a call, they could perhaps put you through to someone you could have a chat to which might lift your spirits a bit. Please try not to feel too down, things will get better. hang on in there Lorraine :)
Keep posting Lorraine and let us know how you are doing
